The REPONGAC is the coalition of NGO platforms in Central Africa. It is currently in the process of evolving into a regional coalition. The Brazzaville meeting, in March 2008, can be considered as the founding moment. Among the national NGO platforms which could become members of REPONGAC, we count RCA, Burundi, Rwanda, Chad, Cameroun, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sao Tomé and Principe, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon (ten countries). This meeting revealed the importance of the settlement of a network of national NGO platforms in Central Africa, in order to strengthen integration mechanism. |
